We assist our clients in the consideration and creation of any type of entity to assist them in running their business or community endeavors. A client may require the benefit of only a sole proprietorship with perhaps the simple registration of a business name to ensure that the good will they are creating in the business world is theirs alone, or they may require something more complex.

If the parties still wish to operate personally, but are involved with others then a Partnership agreement may suffice for their needs.

If the creation of a Corporation is required then we are able to work with the client to meet their needs regarding the name reservation, the setting up of the minute book with all appurtenant resolutions, by-laws and minutes necessary to set up the desired arrangement of shareholdings, common and/or preferred, with a determination of voting and non-voting privileges.

On an ongoing basis, we attend to the issuance of dividends and the filing of annual returns as well as name and office changes as need be.
