We can assist with the drawing and completion of offers to purchase and sale, as well as the negotiation of favorable terms on purchase or sale, including the review of offers for buyers and sellers. At AVS law we receive and steward all residential home purchases and sales from beginning until completion. This includes reviewing conditional offers on timeline, searches of title, applicable discharges, financing registration, payouts on mortgage and any other discharge, and equity calculations, culminating at the end of the process with clear title to Purchaser and Vendor. We will handle all dealings of registration of documents with the Property Registry office and of course the acceptance, imposing and discharge of trust conditions between counsel. We deal in residential, multi-family, agricultural and commercial real estate, as well as re- financing scenarios for our clients.
